About Our Company

We are a family owned and operated company currently operating successfully out of an in-home office in Tillsonburg, Ontario Canada. 

This company was created in response to constant requests for custom printing from family and friends. Through word of mouth the requests for handmade items and custom printing continued to pile up until the idea to create a small business emerged.

We have been operating on eBay since July 2000. Our website was launched in response to increased demand and to venture into the broader market outside eBay.

In an effort to keep costs low for our clients, without compromising our high standards in the quality of the products, we created By Design Creations Online.

It has been a wonderfully rewarding non-stop venture ever since!
