We operate successfully from an in-home office which allows us to provide increased personal service to our clients while keeping costs competitively low.

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 10am - 2pm. We do however check our email outside business hours and usually respond within 12hours. Typically contacting us via email will generate the fastest response.

Product Returns
Contact us here in the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged product, or notice any errors in a custom item to resolve this situation immediately.

Please note that we do not replace any UNINSURED items.

There are NO refunds or returns on any custom products due to the personalized nature of the product.
