Answers to our most frequently asked questions...

How do I place my order?

To order any of our personalized custom products, simply select the design you are interested in and place your order using our online ordering system! It's that easy!

How long will my order take?

Most orders begin processing within 1-2 days. Please remember shipping time is in addition to processing time.

Do you sell chocolates with the wrappers?

No, sorry we do not. But, if you cannot buy the candy locally and need us to supply it please contact us and we'll certainly see what we can do.

Where can I buy the chocolates/candy locally?

Usually the best place is either a wholesale store (eg. Costco), Wal-mart, Zellers, etc, or a dollar store. Just be sure to check the expiry date on the chocolate to ensure freshness.

Are the wrappers easy to apply?

Absolutely! Our wrappers are peel & stick - no cutting, glue or tape required unlike others sold online!

What type of paper and printer do you use for your products?

We print all our products on a professional quality colour laser printer. Our paper wrappers are printed on white, matte or glossy finish self- adhesive stock. Our papers used are high quality cardstock, cover stock and vellum.

Will I get to see my custom printed item before it is printed?

Definitely! We'll e-mail you a sample proof for approval before any items are printed. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours products will be mailed out AS IS - some ISP's (PARTICULARLY Yahoo & AOL) are absolutely dreadful for filtering emails...if you do not get samples within 48 hours check your junkmail!!! Spam filtering has become a MAJOR roadblock in sending samples and we no longer repeatedly send samples or chase clients for approval.  We print to exact specifications given and consider all items APPROVED if we do not hear otherwise within 2 days.

Do you do anything for multiple births or occasions not shown?

Absolutely! Any design you see on our website can be re-worded to fit any occasion.

How do I send you my photo/logo?

You can send it via email or postal service and we can do the scanning for you at no cost (this will delay product delivery).

Are there any minimum order numbers?

We do have a select amount of items which require do a minimum print order. This is clearly stated on each individual product listing.

What is considered a custom order?

Any design that you would like us to create from scratch is considered a custom order. For example, if you like a design on this website but would like to make a few changes that would not be considered a custom order. If we create a design "just-for-you" then that is a custom order.

I have an idea what I'd like my item to be, can you design it?

We certainly can! Let us know as many details as possible (eg. colour, graphic, style, font, text, etc) and we'll try to design exactly what you'd like. Available online or you can call or email us for this.

How much will a custom order cost?

We do not charge any extra setup or design fees for custom orders! We aim to please!

Do I have to order online?

No you can place your order through email or by phone as well. See our "Ordering Information" page for more details.

Will my credit card number be secure during ordering?

Yes, we use a secure credit card processor www.paypal.com. Paypal is a global leader in online payments, and they have over 86.6 million customers. We do not accept credit cards directly.
