We Ship WORLDWIDE!

All products are well packaged and shipped via regular letter or parcel post mail using Canada Post unless faster service purchased on checkout. Standard processing time is 1-5 days.

Insurance is not automatically included. We do not ship FEDEX, UPS or DHL.

Delivery time varies greatly depending upon destination. The following are guidelines as stated by Canada Post and not guaranteed.

Shipping within Canada
Approximate delivery time is 2-7 business days.

Shipping to the United States from Canada
Approximate delivery time is up to 5-14 business days or longer if delayed at Customs depending on Alert Levels at US borders. Typically within one week.

Shipping Internationally from Canada
Approximate delivery time is up to 2-6 weeks or longer if delayed at Customs. Typically within 10-14 business days.

Rush Delivery Service
If you would like you product sooner, RUSH SERVICE is available with guaranteed delivery times. This option guarantees your product will be shipped within 48hours of sample approval and payment. Rush order service is available for a 25% fee.

Shipping Rates
Shipping and handling charges are based on product ordered, weight of your order and destination. No orders will be completed prior to receiving payment in full.

Insurance Information
Third Party Insurance is optional and available upon checkout. Cost is $5 per order.

Deliveries to international countries other than Canadian destinations can be subject to Customs delays. There may also be added nominal Customs fees imposed on orders over $200CAD. Check with your local Government Customs Officials to find out more information.
