Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from BY DESIGN CREATIONS, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
